Job Title: Trade Compliance Manager
Job Summary:
Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing day-to-day trade compliance matters within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the IPR Program: Ensure the existing program is maximized and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Compliance Checks: Conduct regular checks on all entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ownership of HTS Codes: Take ownership of HTS codes in the UK and ensure all gaps are closed.
- ECCN and Export Control Management: Work with relevant teams to ensure correct export classification and compliance with regulations.
- Support on Implementation of CBAM: Provide support on the implementation of CBAM in the UK.
- General Support to Senior Compliance Officer: Provide general support to the Senior Compliance Officer and assist with various tasks as required.
- Management of Compliance Specialists: Manage and supervise two compliance specialists.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Experience in trade compliance and a strong understanding of all relevant customs regulations.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively learn and operate within Gulfstream enterprise systems.
