Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various regions to foster a cooperative working environment and serve as the primary contact for organization-wide forecast consolidation and management of the OneStream quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes.
  • Oversee the creation of a solid process for month-end commentary and the generation of regional operational reviews, working closely with the shared services center on monthly deliverables.
  • Standardize the content and format of Global Board, management meetings, and ad-hoc reports, ensuring alignment with business reporting requirements.
  • Assist the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in comprehending Global results in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Provide support to the Global Head of Financial Planning & Analysis with various analyses and project initiatives.
  • Lead overhead and operational reviews as necessary.
  • Drive business improvement initiatives and enhance processes.
  • Supervise a team of two professionals.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Significant post-qualification experience (ACCA/CIMA) is essential.
  • Background in a commercial finance role within the insurance or professional services sector, preferably at a global scale.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Data Analytics.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Visual Studios, Tableau, etc.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of establishing meaningful working relationships.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within teams and across functional areas to partner with business leaders and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded finance background, strong commercial insight, and a comprehensive understanding of the professional services business model.
  • Experience in the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Cognos, OneStream, Anaplan is preferred.
  • Proven ability to connect Excel with data sources.
  • Experience in extracting and analyzing financial data against KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
