Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our global finance team, you will be responsible for driving financial management and business partnering on one of our key global life sciences accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Finance Strategy across a global account, partnering closely with the client to evaluate and determine key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with the Alliance Director, local Finance and Leadership teams, and Global Stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner for these key stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality financial/commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments on service lines across the account and ensure alignment with global contract management practices.
  • Tightly manage contract governance, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contract to ensure that all cost elements are appropriately accounted for.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships across the global scope.
  • Identify and drive implementation of savings opportunities to maximize Client and GWS financial savings targets on a global scale.
  • Drive the client annual budget cycle across countries, showing understanding of key cost drivers and serving as the Single Point of Contact for all key financial communications.
  • Manage the integrity of data in Client and internal reporting.
  • Highly numerate with a commercial mindset.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and flexible team player, able to work on own initiative.
