Company Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization specializing in Large Vehicle Leasing and Contract Hire. They are seeking a high-caliber financial leader to drive their ambitious growth plans.

Position Overview:
This pivotal role requires a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the trusted advisor to the Owner/CEO, facilitating the execution of the company's strategic initiatives during a critical phase of development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic insights and hands-on assistance to the entrepreneurial CEO within a collaborative Senior Management Team.
  • Oversee and mentor the current Financial Controller to build a top-tier Finance department that provides timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Enhance the overall business framework to ensure maximum efficiency and synergy across all operational areas.
  • Collaborate proactively with the CEO and senior colleagues to identify and implement innovative business growth opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new funding avenues to support the growth strategy.
  • Assist the Sales & Commercial Directors with complex B2B proposals for both established and rapidly growing Corporate and Public Authority clients.
  • Negotiate the renewal of existing contracts with an emphasis on pricing strategies to improve profit margins.
  • Act as the primary liaison with all professional stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key influencer to ensure the company meets its ambitious and profitable growth objectives, leading to a planned exit strategy within the next five years.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and commercially focused CFO with relevant experience in the Leasing and Contract Hire sector, enabling them to make an immediate impact in a strategic role.

Compensation:
The organization offers an executive salary of up to £170k, complemented by a generous bonus structure and future exit incentives.
