About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Financial Planning division in London. As a leading integrated wealth management and professional services group, we offer a wide range of financial and professional services to individuals, family trusts, professional intermediaries, charities, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial planning and wealth management advice across the London and South Eastern region, building and developing trusted relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Plan, implement, and execute the annual Business Plan in line with agreed individual expectations.
  • Build new client relationships and maintain and develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing service to minimize attrition and deliver new instructions and referrals.
  • Ensure clients have the right advice to achieve their financial objectives, considering factors such as retirement planning, inheritance, and tax efficiency.
  • Ensure client reviews are undertaken at least annually in line with clients' changing risk attitudes and strategic requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Financial Planner.
  • Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging holistic financial planning strategies and solutions.
