We are on the lookout for a driven and self-starting Territory Sales Representative who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for sales, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, positive attitude. A love for snacks is certainly a plus

Role Objective:

As a key member of our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering growth within the grocery sector across Central London. Your responsibilities will include enhancing brand visibility and driving sales within prominent retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Building - Act as the representative of LOVE CORN, establishing exemplary relationships with Area Managers, Store Managers, and staff.
  2. Merchandising - Ensure LOVE CORN products are consistently available and well-presented across all formats by managing stock levels and correcting discrepancies.
  3. Promotional Activation - Negotiate and implement additional in-store displays, both temporary and permanent, to boost product visibility.
  4. Compliance Monitoring - Ensure adherence to planogram standards and promotional guidelines within retail environments.
  5. Brand Awareness - Maximize Availability, Visibility, Display, and Value of LOVE CORN within your designated territory.
  6. Sampling Coordination - Organize in-store sampling events with assistance from Brand Ambassadors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a field sales capacity within the FMCG sector; other industries will be considered.
  • Essential knowledge of Tesco Express.
  • Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, Networking, and Presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing your own schedule and maintaining punctuality.
  • Experience in managing and deploying LOVE CORN point-of-sale materials to enhance your territory.
  • Ability to create effective journey plans.
  • Utilize sales and marketing data to craft compelling sales proposals and extract key insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
