We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Growth Manager Team Lead to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across one of our biggest categories on a global scale, leading a team of 3-4 RGM Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through analysis and insights
  • Identify levers through pricing, promotions, mix modeling, and other techniques
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to deliver key insights
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI for data visualization
  • Work with 3rd party providers to collect, collate, and consume data
Requirements
  • Experience within the FMCG sector, ideally with a focus on revenue growth, commercial, pricing, or category
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems independently in a professional setting
  • Excellent team player
  • Experience working with data tools such as Excel with Power BI desirable
  • Well-organized, with good experience managing stakeholders, teams, and KPIs
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments in ambitious teams
  • Natural customer focus and champion for the customer
  • Excellent communication skills
What We Offer

The successful Senior Revenue Growth Manager Team Lead will receive a salary of up to £80,000 and an extensive benefits package including a 13% OTE Bonus, 12% Pension, and £6,500 car allowance.
