About the Company

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading consumer goods brand to find a Senior Revenue Growth Manager (Team Lead) to drive revenue growth across one of their biggest categories on a global scale.

The Role

As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager (Team Lead), you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 RGM Managers to solve problems and improve performance across international markets. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver key insights and drive revenue growth through analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across international markets
  • Identify levers through pricing, promotions, mix modelling and other techniques
  • Liaise with stakeholders to deliver key insights and drive revenue growth
  • Use tools such as Power BI for data visualisation
  • Work with 3rd party providers to drive revenue growth

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in revenue growth and optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI
