Senior Governance Professional

The Hca Cancer Network is seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Professional to join their team. As a senior member of the governance team, you will play a crucial role in working with stakeholders and hospital teams to identify areas for improvement and develop robust quality systems, processes, and programmes that support the delivery and innovation of exceptional care and services.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the site and division to maintain a standardised approach to ensuring and exceeding healthcare standards and managing CQC readiness and assurance.
Working alongside the Director of Quality and Risk, you will influence effectively, create synergy, and prioritise improvement projects to ensure the hospital maintains a high governance and quality standard.
Key Responsibilities- Educated to diploma or degree level
- Current and relevant experience of working in healthcare governance
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Investigation, governance, audit, and risk experience
