About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at BSE - Business Support Experts. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including accountants, business introducers, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
  • Represent BSE at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase our business and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Source and arrange engaging seminars with our associates and corporate partners to enhance our market presence.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of necessary documents from clients for pre-qualification and sign them up effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for fieldwork.
