Business Development Manager
At Venatu Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales revenue within a designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge successful relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of local customer base and market conditions
- Set plans in place for future growth and initiate those plans
- Ensure customers receive a high level of service
- Administer and record keeping to maximise efficiency and service
- Build a strong pipeline of potential business
- Establish strong sustainable business relationships with customers
- Conduct product training and joint end-user calls as needed
- Advise on POS solutions and merchandise
- Communicate effectively with the manager, customers, and internal support team
- Seek and open new quality accounts
Requirements:
- Proven record of field and account management and business development experience
- Extensive experience and understanding of corporate, industrial clothing, and workwear markets
- Knowledge of corporate/PPE/workwear wholesale and distribution markets
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Organised and able to manage own workload
- Self-motivated
