AEB Tutor

We are seeking an experienced AEB Tutor to join our team at LMP Group. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality remote learning experiences to our learners.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accredited and non-accredited qualifications, with a focus on employability and vocational skills. You will be passionate about education and committed to helping our learners achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver AEB remote courses to learners, including accredited and non-accredited qualifications
- Plan and deliver training, coaching, and assessment activities to support learner progression
- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure all evidence is readily available for audit and quality purposes
- Implement improvements identified through performance reviews and internal quality assurance
- Develop and maintain own professional and occupational knowledge, skills, and experience
- Level 2 functional skills in Math's, English, and ICT
- Level 3 award in assessing, vocationally related achievement, or equivalent
- PTLLS, AET, or DET qualified
- Experience of online and classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment
- Track record of delivering funded employability programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize own caseload and diary unsupervised
- 28 days holiday and an extra day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days
