We are seeking a passionate and experienced AEB Employability Tutor to join our team in East London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective adult education courses across various specializations.
Responsibilities:- Delivering interactive and impactful adult education courses.
- Providing comprehensive support and guidance to learners throughout their educational journey.
- Assessing and evaluating student progress, ensuring they are on track to achieve their learning objectives.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum materials and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Proven expertise in teaching, tutoring, and mentoring adult learners.
- Strong understanding of lesson planning and curriculum development principles.
- Skilled in evaluating student progress through various assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of adult education principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing engaging and interactive learning activities.
- Relevant teaching qualifications, such as PGCE, CertEd, A1, TAQA, or D32/D33.
- Minimum one year of experience delivering Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Construction, Health and Social Care, or Digital.
