About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEB Tutor to join our team at LMP Group. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake initial and diagnostic assessments to identify learner needs and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Deliver training and assessment that meets the needs of learners, including accredited and non-accredited qualifications.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that are innovative, differentiated, and engaging, ensuring learners meet their full potential.
  • Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and make adjustments to learning plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery and assessment practices.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Related Achievement or equivalent.
  • Level 4 Award in Quality Assurance of Assessment Process and Practice or equivalent.
  • Teaching qualification (PTTLs or above).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in delivering vocational training and assessment.
