We are seeking an experienced Tutor to deliver AEB remote courses, focusing on accredited delivery and assessment activities for various sectors, including mental health awareness, understanding SEND, and digital skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure all evidence is readily available for audit and quality purposes.
  • Implement improvements identified through performance reviews and internal quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain professional knowledge, skills, and experience, including formal training and networking.
  • Ensure Math's and English are embedded into delivery as required or delivered standalone.
  • Coach and collaborate with learners to ensure engagement and progression.
  • Plan lessons effectively and differentiate activities towards individual learners.
  • Monitor learner progression and ensure teaching, learning, and assessment meet qualification criteria.
  • Train, assess, motivate, mentor, and support learners to develop personal and social skills.
  • Participate in standardization and team meetings, and undertake continuing professional development as required.
  • Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment to learners.

Requirements
  • Level 2 functional skills in Math's, English, and ICT.
  • Level 3 award in assessing, vocationally related achievement, or equivalent.
  • PTLLS, AET, or DET qualification.
  • Experience in online and classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment.
  • Track record of delivering funded employability programs and working with unemployed people.
  • Proficient IT skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
