Job Summary:As an AEB Employability Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective adult education courses, providing support and guidance to learners, assessing and evaluating student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve the learning experience.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality adult education courses that cater to the needs of learners.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to learners to ensure their success.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve the learning experience, ensuring that it is relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Proficient in teaching, tutoring, and mentoring.
