About the Role

The Clinical Care Professional Lead will provide clinical leadership in designing and delivering improvement resources and support to primary care teams in South East London.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the CESEL support offer to meet the needs of 'place'
  • Support effective multi-professional/partner working and best-practice
  • Provide expertise and leadership in shaping, delivery, and maintaining quality improvement support
  • Inform the development and utilisation of quality improvement resources
  • Understand and navigate systems and place-based challenges to inform an effective approach to facilitating quality improvement
  • Inform and lead the delivery of education for frontline clinical staff
  • Engage clinical leadership to inform, localise, and enhance quality improvement functions
