Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to children and their families in the South London area.

About the Role

The Paediatric Nurse Manager will lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing face-to-face support to children and their families, while developing personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs. This role requires up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last two years. As a Clinical Lead, you will design and deliver care plans, monitor and assess clients' physical and physiological needs, and provide ongoing support and training to your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the specific needs of each client
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss client progress and develop new strategies

Requirements

  • RSCN qualification with at least 6 months of experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last two years
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK driving license essential
