Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Paediatric Cardiac Intensive CareAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical practice, and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients in Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex conditions.
  • Lead and develop clinical practice, ensuring that our service is aligned with the latest evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of our service, including the design and implementation of new clinical pathways and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • Registration with the relevant UK statutory regulatory body.
  • Experience in Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
