Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct
  • Passion for caring for the elderly and promoting independence, choice, and dignity
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to deliver excellent care and customer service
