We are seeking an experienced AEB Tutor to join our team at LMP Group. As an AEB Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering remote learning courses to students across the UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering online and classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment. You will be responsible for planning lessons effectively, ensuring activities are differentiated towards individual learner needs, and delivering training, coaching, and assessment that assists learners to develop vocational skills.
You will also be responsible for maintaining learner records, implementing improvements identified through performance reviews and internal quality assurance, and developing and maintaining your own professional and occupational knowledge, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure all evidence is readily available for audit and quality purposes.

- Ensure Maths and English are embedded into delivery as required or delivered standalone as needed.
- Coaching and collaborating with learners to ensure they remain engaged and progressing well.
- Plan lessons effectively and ensure activities are innovative and differentiated towards individual learners.
- Monitor learner progression and ensure all teaching, learning, and assessment is completed to enable learners to meet qualification criteria.
- Train, assess, motivate, mentor, and support learners to develop personal and social skills.
- Participate in standardisation and team meetings and undertake continuing professional development as required.
- Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment to learners.
- Level 2 functional skills in Maths, English, and ICT.
- Level 3 award in assessing, vocationally related achievement, or equivalent.
- PTLLS, AET, or DET qualified.
- Qualified in level 4 award in quality assurance of assessment process and practice or equivalent (desirable).
- Qualified in ENTO HSS8 health and safety award or equivalent (desirable).
- Proven experience of online and classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment.
- Track record of delivering funded employability programs, including accredited and non-accredited qualifications.
- Record of working with unemployed people on programs that facilitate positive outcomes.
- History of working with people with complex barriers to progression.
- Experience of internal quality assurance and knowledge of awarding body requirements.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organise your own caseload and diary unsupervised.
- Able to meet and exceed retention and achievement targets for qualifications and progression.
