Lead Manager of Fundraising and Philanthropy

About the Role:
Prospectus is excited to announce a partnership with a charitable organization in search of a new Lead Manager of Fundraising and Philanthropy.
This organization is a dedicated entity focused on empowering young individuals who are navigating significant challenges, enabling them to realize their full potential.
Mission Focus: The charity primarily serves two underserved demographics: young caregivers and young patients dealing with chronic or terminal illnesses. Their mission is to transform lives through a comprehensive three-year program that integrates creative and digital education with vocational training, aimed at fostering resilience and high aspirations among young people.
Position Overview: This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The role is hybrid, requiring the postholder to work in the office three days a week.
The Lead Manager of Fundraising and Philanthropy will play a crucial role in advancing the organization’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing all fundraising initiatives, leading the creation and execution of a dynamic philanthropy strategy that encompasses trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, and major donors. Your goal will be to cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of high-value supporters.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship-builder with proven experience in corporate fundraising and a solid understanding of trusts and foundations. You should possess excellent communication skills across various platforms, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
