We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, researching leads, and marketing activity based out of our modern offices in Hove.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and research prospects to identify key decision makers using various IT platforms.
- Update our in-house CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage your own prospects, calling clients, qualifying interest, and booking diary dates.
- Obtain and confirm prospect renewal dates and record them on the system to ensure continuous sales activity.
- Create quote appointments for the New Business executives and Business Solution team.
- Liaise with clients via phone and email.
- Work towards revenue monthly sales targets and call time, hitting 30 renewal dates per month.
- Attend new business meetings and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Proven track record in sales and working to targets, ideally in a telephone-based working environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive.
- Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and using in-house sales CRM systems.
- Tenacious and able to work well under pressure.
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively with other departments.
