Business Development Manager

Handepay Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through new customer acquisition and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and cold calling
- Conduct in-depth business reviews with customers to understand their requirements and tailor our market-leading proposition to meet their needs
- Present and negotiate business contracts with new customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on signing 10-12 new customers per calendar month
- Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence customer needs
- Resilience in overcoming objections and maintaining a positive outlook, even in challenging sales environments
- Result-oriented, with a focus on maximizing opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship building
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds, and deliver work that exceeds customer expectations
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and common customer success software, such as Salesforce (CRM)
- Full UK driving license
- Competitive basic salary of £33,000, plus £4,800 car allowance and uncapped commission structure
- Quarterly and annual incentives, with a total value of up to £16,000
- 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays
