We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team at FJN Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B relationships and account management in the insurance industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing partnerships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow these accounts through development and new offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of strategic account plans to maximise business relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with internal departments to manage relationships, including Underwriting, Marketing, Finance Operations, and Business Control functions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working within insurance in a B2B account management/BDM type of role.
