Skills Alliance is partnering with a mid-sized European Contract Research Organization (CRO) to strengthen their Business Development function.
The CRO is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Business Development to drive European growth across the Pharma and Biotech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Business Development to establish long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver exceptional client experiences throughout the sales process.
- Develop new marketing strategies with the Marketing team to attract new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of Business Development experience in the EU CRO market.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Ability to travel across Europe (up to 50%).
