About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our talented sales and marketing team at Mediaworks, working from our Newcastle or Leeds office. As a Growth Director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and creating credible digital marketing solutions for ambitious organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a new pipeline of business throughout the UK
- Research and identify potential clients
- Facilitate proactive meetings, calls, and emails to contact prospective clients
- Take a strategic sales approach to identify client needs efficiently and effectively
- Attend industry events and networking events, and represent Mediaworks in an engaging and credible way

About You
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in business-to-business sales, ideally within a related field. You'll need great negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, exceptional communication and social intelligence skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, good account management skills, a strong desire to learn, a flexible and adaptable approach to work, a great attitude, and a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
