Job Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Sales Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team. The successful candidate will possess 5-10 years of sales expertise, a comprehensive understanding of the financial technology landscape, and a strong network of industry connections. Your primary focus will be on driving sales expansion and enhancing our market footprint.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business prospects within the asset management and hedge fund industries.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
  • Compile regular sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the financial technology or asset management sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational workflows, data integration, and automation in financial services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software.
