Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the workload of the team, ensuring that customer deadlines are met, and assisting in delivering customer KPI targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize workload of the team
  • Direct engineering resource to ensure customer deadlines are met
  • Assist in delivering customer KPI targets
  • Assess the needs of customers and engineers to ensure balance is maintained in a busy environment
  • Understand customer contracts and assist in delivering KPI targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience scheduling/coordinating/planning
  • Competence on Microsoft Word and Excel
