Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Help Desk team and ensuring that all IT support services are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the Help Desk team to ensure that all IT support services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate the Help Desk team to achieve department and company goals.
- Resolve escalated client satisfaction issues with Help Desk service.
- Report on and analyze department data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.
- 5+ years' experience in an IT Help Desk.
- Bachelor's degree in IT field.
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA or CCIE, or VMware VCP preferred.
