Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across the UK and Ireland in the End-of-Life Tyre market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tyre and rubber industry.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, particularly within the tyre or rubber industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required.
