Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across the UK and Ireland in the End-of-Life Tyre market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tyre and rubber industry.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, particularly within the tyre or rubber industry.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required.
