Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Great Scotland Yard Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
Requirements:
