Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at LRA Search. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including setup and catering arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a property consultancy or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
