We are thrilled to present an engaging opportunity for a Customer Team Member in our Bakery Department. As a vital member of our team, you will support store management and enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve maximizing sales and profitability by executing assigned tasks, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the store, and ensuring exceptional customer service through our core principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Preparation of all bakery items, including cooking breakfast and lunch offerings, baking goods, and handling ingredients in line with established protocols.Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor.Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services, assisting them in locating desired items.Efficiently processing customer transactions through the tills while maintaining a positive service atmosphere.Promoting selected products and highlighting special offers to maximize sales.Complying with all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards during food preparation and service.Store Operations:Managing stock; verifying deliveries, restocking shelves, keeping the sales area clean and organized, and ensuring product freshness.Completing additional assigned tasks, such as inventory checks, pricing updates, promotional displays, and other duties as needed.Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.Ability to follow instructions and procedures with great attention to detail.Understanding of retail legislative responsibilities and skills to ensure compliance.Capability to contribute ideas for exceptional customer service and business growth.Experience with a 'Challenge 25' policy is desirable.Enthusiastic and proactive approach to teamwork and independent tasks.Prior cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.What We Offer:
