Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at JD Sports. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience in our stores.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need, providing expert advice and guidance to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Participate in stock replenishment and maintenance, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and organized.
  • Represent JD Sports in a professional and courteous manner, embodying our brand values and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail systems.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
