About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at TJX Europe. As a Retail Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience that keeps our customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to drive sales and meet business objectives
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
