Location: Coventry

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview.

Salary: £8.65 - £11.90 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Coventry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
