Account Manager

Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join a leading UK and International Healthcare & Pharma Marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-level key accounts, planning and executing on-time and on-budget delivery of agency services and outputs.
- Add value to clients by developing existing and new multi-point opportunities within key accounts.
- Develop compelling solutions for clients, utilizing the agency's key services, and focusing on sustainable account growth.
- Work seamlessly with the client services team to manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
- Confidently deliver a wide range of projects, including advertising, promotional and sales materials, training kits, websites, video and animation, social media, and email.
- Develop effective relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget.
- Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment - ideally 3 yrs.
- A background of working within a Pharma, Life-science and or Healthcare Marketing/Digital Agency.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Good financial/commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
