Management Accountant

Easlan Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Management Team and site department Managers.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of financial KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including balance sheet reconciliation and fixed asset additions/disposals.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, working closely with the Finance Director.
- Participate in the yearly external audit, providing financial information and support as required.
- Qualified management accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Experience working with stakeholders at various levels of seniority, including non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate multiple data sources to deliver detailed analytics.
- Prior experience with Business Central is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
