Management Accountant

Easlan Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Management Team and site department Managers.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and produce monthly profitability and KPI information to identify risks and opportunities.
- Analysis and Insights: Provide detailed analytics and insights to support business decisions, using advanced Excel skills to manipulate multiple data sources.
- Financial Systems: Experience with finance systems, ideally Business Central, to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Customer Profitability: Analyze customer profitability and contribute to the development of Finance KPIs.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliation and fixed asset additions/disposals.
- Debtors Review: Conduct regular debtors review to optimize cash flow.
- Annual Budgets and Forecasts: Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts to support business planning.
- External Audit: Support the yearly external audit process.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial processes.
- Qualifications: Qualified management accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience working with stakeholders of varying seniority and non-financial stakeholders.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, Business Central experience, and excellent analytical skills.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
