You will add value to clients while developing existing and new multi-point opportunities within key accounts. Your role will involve developing compelling solutions for clients that utilize the agency's key services, focusing on sustainable account growth and demonstrating a solid understanding of clients' marketing needs, brands, competitors, and challenges.
You will work seamlessly with the wider client services team to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include confidently delivering a wide range of projects, including advertising, promotional and sales materials, training kits, websites, video and animation, social media, and email.
You will develop effective relationships with clients and external partners as well as the internal creative, digital, and account management teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget, while ensuring a profitable return.
You will retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts. Your goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment, ideally 3 years. A background of working within a Pharma, Life-science and or Healthcare Marketing/Digital Agency is also required. You will need a high standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills. Good financial/commercial awareness and computer literacy with main MS Office software are also essential.
