About the Position
Tesco Technology is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join our Vulnerability Management team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong focus on security to become part of our growing organization. The responsibilities of this role include hands-on involvement with a primary focus on ensuring the availability and reliability of our data and reporting systems. You will have the autonomy to utilize your knowledge and practical experience to collaborate with various teams, driving innovation in our prevention, detection, and remediation strategies. Your mission will be to deliver actionable insights regarding the security posture of our systems and platforms, prioritizing remediation tasks for our engineering teams and system owners while ensuring effective security controls are implemented across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee vulnerability scanning platforms to detect and evaluate vulnerabilities. Adopt a risk-based methodology to prioritize remediation activities. Collaborate with engineering teams to address identified issues. Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed about the status and progress of vulnerability management efforts. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends. Evaluate submissions from our active Bug Bounty Programs. Create standards and guardrails to minimize vulnerability exposure.Qualifications

4+ years in the IT Security sector. Experience managing security incidents in large corporate environments. Familiarity with Vulnerability Scanning tools such as Qualys and Tenable. Ability to assess the criticality and risk associated with vulnerabilities. Proficient in networking, web services, and application testing. In-depth knowledge of DNS security controls. Skilled in intelligence gathering and staying updated on current and emerging threats. Ability to report at various levels regarding risk, compliance, and remediation efforts. Experience in producing and maintaining evidence for audit and governance purposes.Benefits
