About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Support Lead to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our terminals, including the flagship PayPoint One and its EPOS system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Application Support analysts in handling support queries from our internal Contact Centre and multiple providers.
  • Drive efficiency within the team, reducing resolution time and incidents.
  • Manage senior Technical Analysts responsible for change implementation and back-office support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in application support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
