Job Title: Application Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our application support function, providing 2nd line support to our internal Contact Centre, and managing technical change into the Production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the application support function, driving efficiency and reducing resolution times
  • Manage technical change into the Production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to our services
  • Provide 2nd line support to our internal Contact Centre, resolving complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering functions to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a team of Support Analysts
  • Experience of querying and analyzing data to determine product health and trends
  • Working knowledge of the principles of the ITIL for service management
  • Great stakeholder management and proven experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Previous experience of supporting a complex enterprise environment, ideally within a Windows and SQL Server environment
