Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at PayPoint Network Ltd. As a key member of our Application Support team, you will provide technical and application support to our retail estate, ensuring seamless services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and application support to our retail estate, identifying root causes and flagging them to our 3rd line support teams for long-term solutions.
  • Assist with system integrations and new installations within our live environments.
  • Work across a Rota that covers 7 days a week to ensure services run smoothly at all times.
  • Join an on-call rota in the future, providing 24/7 support.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexibility to help with changes at short notice.
  • Windows-based 24/7 environment skills, including 1st/2nd line support.
  • The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Experience with transaction processing systems around point of sale systems or ATMs.
  • IIS Server knowledge.
  • An understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).
  • Any transact SQL query knowledge is a plus.
