Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Application Support analysts, handling support queries from our internal Contact Centre and multiple providers.
  • Drive efficiency within the team, reducing resolution time and incidents.
  • Manage senior Technical Analysts responsible for change implementation and back-office support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and morale.
