About BELLA

BELLA is a prestigious and innovative luxurious cosmetic brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, premium beauty products. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to take lead in executing brand and trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, influencer partnerships and strengthen relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & PR Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling programs.
  • Help coordinate photoshoots and content creation for product marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogues, and in-store displays.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Trade Marketing & Influencer Partnerships

  • Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including merchandising strategies, retailer training, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall sales objectives.
  • Help manage relationships with retail partners, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and marketing materials are effectively utilized.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of trade marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement based on data insights.

3. Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage timelines for marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking marketing collateral and inventory.

4. Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, budget tracking, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations.
  • Keep marketing databases and assets up to date, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of materials to relevant parties.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience or internships in marketing, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
  • Mid-Level (2-4 years of experience)

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Typically works in an office environment, with potential for remote working.
  • Standard working hours of 9am – 6pm, with room for flexibility depending on deadlines.
