Job Title: End User Hardware Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
  • Work closely with our IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical knowledge of end-user devices, including hardware and software.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict service level agreements.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
