Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled BOH Team Leader to join our team at The Restaurant Hub. As a BOH Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring that our high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and set the tone for our kitchen team.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate our kitchen team to achieve our business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels and ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for our team members and customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our kitchen team, management, and customers to ensure that our business objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: You must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
