As a Retail Team Leader, you will be instrumental in the store's overall success. You will assist in the daily operations of the store and guide the team during the absence of Store Management. Your focus will be on delivering remarkable customer experiences that captivate shoppers through the effective presentation and demonstration of our innovative products. You will also identify potential challenges and proactively suggest solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a vital link between Store Management and the team, taking responsibility for various aspects of daily store operations.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to create an environment that showcases our products through exemplary demonstrations and experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to analyze store performance and customer behavior to drive business growth.
  • Become an authority on our technology and assist in the launch of new products and services.
  • Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the store as needed.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about product developments, while encouraging the team to do the same.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of retail operations and experience in supporting daily store functions.
  • A collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering a five-star customer experience while achieving commercial objectives.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge the status quo in day-to-day operations.
  • Familiarity with in-store operations, including managing work schedules and inventory control.
  • Ideally, a background in the beauty industry would be advantageous.
